How it fits together

Three portals, one account

Admin Portal
partners.performancex.ai
Where AllOne manages all clients, their setup, branding, and revenue.
Client Portal
clients.performancex.ai
Where employer clients under AllOne view weekly performance reports for their teams.
Onboarding Portal
onboarding.performancex.ai
The setup wizard new employer clients go through to connect their tools.
Everything sits under AllOne's account. Clients see AllOne's branding throughout - not PerformanceX's.
Navigation

The Sidebar

Everything you need is in the left sidebar. Click any item to go straight to that section.
Section 1

Overview Dashboard

The first screen after login. Shows your entire portfolio at a glance - active clients, total users, monthly and annual revenue. The revenue chart at the bottom tracks your MRR trend over time.
The Add New Client button in the top right takes you straight into the Client Setup wizard.
Section 2

Client Accounts

Every client you have set up appears here. You can search, filter by plan or status, and click any row to open the full settings panel for that client.
Green dot means active and paid. Yellow means on trial. Grey means inactive - records are always kept.
Client Management

Client Settings Panel

Clicking any client opens a six-tab management panel. From here you can update company details, set cultural values and KPIs, manage the employee roster, view billing history, and configure report delivery.
Employees on a Performance Improvement Plan show a badge in the Team tab - click it to see the full detail.
Live Activity

Adding Team Members

Jonathan is going to add two new members to Maritza's T&IR team right now. Client Accounts - find AllOne Health - Manage - Team tab - Add Employee.
New employees are picked up automatically in the next reporting cycle. No extra setup needed once they are added.
The Third Portal

Onboarding Portal

The guided setup wizard new employer clients go through when they first join. AllOne can walk them through it together or send the link for them to complete on their own.
The link is in Settings - branded as AllOne throughout. Clients connect their own tools, upload their roster, and confirm KPIs and values. Once done, the client appears in the Admin Portal ready to activate.
Section 3

Client Setup Wizard

1 Company details   2 Connect tools
3 Add employees   4 Define roles
5 Choose KPIs     6 Cultural values
Nothing commits until you confirm at the end. Only connect the tools the client actually uses - all six steps are required but each can be minimal.
Section 3 - Integrations

Integration Setup Guides

Every integration has a built-in step-by-step guide with annotated screenshots. No external documentation needed - you walk the client through it directly from this screen.
The Test Connection button confirms everything is working before you move on.
Section 4

Usage Analytics

A health overview of your entire portfolio. Active vs inactive clients, trial vs paid split, and a health score for each client that tells you where to focus attention.
A client scoring below 60 and trending down is worth a proactive call - this view helps you catch that early.
Section 5

Learning Intelligence

What the system has learned about each person's normal working patterns over time. Two views today: individual patterns - each person's baseline communication norms and cadence - and company-wide norms used as the scoring benchmark.
The confidence score shows how much data backs each pattern. Cross-team and relationship views are on the roadmap - not shown until they ship.
Section 6

Integration Health

One place to check whether every connected tool across all clients is syncing correctly. Green means healthy, yellow is a warning, red needs attention.
This is the first place to check if a client says their reports look thin or incomplete.
Section 7

White Label

This is where AllOne's branding gets applied to everything clients see - reports, emails, and the client login portal. Upload a logo, set brand colours, and preview how each report type looks.
Changes only go live once you click Save Branding - nothing applies until you confirm.
Section 8

Settings

Company details, portal links, and account settings. Every action taken in the portal is logged with user and timestamp - client changes, employee updates, branding edits.
The branded login link is the URL to share with clients. Multi-user access with role tiers (Admin, Consultant, Viewer) is on the roadmap.
The Other Side

The Client Portal

AllOne's employer clients get their own fully branded portal. It gives them visibility into their team setup - employees, org structure, KPIs, and cultural configuration.
Clients see AllOne throughout. The PerformanceX platform runs invisibly underneath.
How It Works

When Someone Wears More Than One Hat

Some people are both assessed as employees and manage a team. In the platform these are completely separate views - individual report and manager reports are scoped independently and clearly labelled.
A consultant managing a client team sees both their own individual report and their manager reports when they log in. Nothing bleeds between views.
As an Employee
Individual Report
Their own work, framed for personal development. Private to them and their direct manager.
As a Manager
Team Report + Manager Overview
One team-level snapshot and one per-direct-report overview - framed for coaching, not surveillance.

PIP Focus Area Tracking

When a client manager activates a formal PIP through their own HR process, they can mark the focus areas here. PerformanceX then surfaces the supporting evidence each week. We track the focus areas - the formal PIP lives in the client's HR process.
We do not run PIPs. We provide the data layer underneath one when a manager has independently decided to initiate it. Rolling out shortly.
